Wastewater
A functional wastewater system is critical to economic development for the Edgewood community. Edgewood’s Wastewater Department is responsible for the daily operations of the town’s wastewater treatment plant, including effective and responsible water use, treatment, and disposal.
The plant was originally designed to serve the commercial zones along NM 333 and NM 344. Sewer system extensions have allowed for limited residential flow.
