Kelly Hamilton, Town Manager
Mr. Hamilton brings more than three decades of leadership experience in public administration, law enforcement, emergency management, and higher education. Born and raised in a ranching community in northern Wyoming — an area much like Edgewood, where the mountains meet the plains — he brings a deep appreciation for rural values, community connection, and practical, service-oriented leadership.
He holds a Doctorate in Management and a Master of Public Administration and has worked extensively with local, state, tribal, and federal partners to strengthen organizational performance, fiscal accountability, and public transparency.
As Town Manager, he is committed to building strong relationships with the Commission, staff, and community, modernizing municipal operations, and ensuring Edgewood remains a safe, well-governed, and forward-looking community for residents and businesses alike.
