Looking for a free space to host a meeting for your organization or community group, or to celebrate a special occasion? The library’s Activities Room is available during regular hours of operation.
To reserve the Activities Room, complete a rental request through the facilities portal. The reservation is not final after registration — library staff reviews all requests before approval. All groups or individuals reserving the space must abide by the library’s Activities Room Policy.

Activities Room Hours
- 10 AM – 6 PM — Tuesday–Friday
- 10 AM – 3 PM — Saturday
Please note: The library opens at 10 AM and you will not have access to the room until 10 AM. Additionally, when the library closes, the meeting/event must be completed by that time — it cannot run after library hours.
