Municipal Court
Purpose
The Municipal Court is responsible for the prosecution, trial, and disposition of:
- Motor vehicle and traffic violations
- Disorderly or petty misdemeanors
- Other municipal ordinance violations
More serious criminal offenses are sent to the Santa Fe Magistrate Court or Santa Fe District Court.
Court Hours
Court is usually scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Municipal Court is located at 18 Municipal Way, Edgewood, NM 87015.
Fines
Fines may be paid online for eligible cases. Fines not eligible for online payment can be paid in person during business hours at the Town Administrative Offices, or mailed to the court address.
