The Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) is a list of capital projects and equipment needs that is updated each year by the Town Commission.
The Plan is filed with the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) and made available to state legislators and other state departments to share the Town’s top requests for funding.
